The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities provided such as a private bathroom outside the room. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, like having a killer spray available in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the delicious breakfast that is included.

The guesthouse benefits from a convenient location close to both the train and bus station, allowing easy access to transportation. Although the guesthouse is just outside the tourist district, it is still just minutes away from the city center and main attractions. Guests appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and friendly service provided by the staff. Some rooms were equipped with air-conditioning which was an advantage during hot weather.

Some guests complained about the lack of proper ventilation in the bathrooms and rooms which made it difficult to use the bathroom after taking a shower.

I stayed at Peters Guesthouse for one night in Aveiro. The hosts were incredibly helpful and the room was clean with great AC. We had our own separate bathroom, which was a plus. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the tourist area filled with cafes and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth and the worker was really cool, even though we arrived late at night. a small but great choice for a short stay.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to public transportation and a supermarket. the room was very clean and tidy, and it had everything we needed for our city break. the staff was friendly and provided us with useful information and advice on where to go and what to visit.

The room was quite small, and there was a damp smell coming from the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant. the noise from the nearby clubs made it hard to sleep during the night.

The only positive thing I can say is that the location was good, just a short walk to the town center. the beds, despite being uncomfortable, were at least clean and made up nicely every day. the hot water in the shower worked well and the room was surprisingly quiet. However, these small advantages were not enough to make up for the numerous issues we experienced. it was a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

The beds were uncomfortable, felt like prison beds, and gave me terrible back pain. the room smelled like mold and the toilet leaked all night with a big pile next to it.
